“One of the most popular questions we get from customers is ‘where is my ship right now?’, especially in the run-up to embarkation. Having a single page that links to the live tracker for every ship we sell saves time for them and us.”
Josh Harris, Cruise Specialist, Paramount Cruises
How Our Cruise Ship Tracker Works
Firstly, each link below opens a live tracker page showing the chosen ship’s current position, the port it has just left or is heading toward, and where applicable, the current voyage itinerary. Furthermore, our cruise ship tracker data updates near-real-time, so refreshing the tracker gives you the most current location. Finally, find the cruise line below, then click the ship to track.
Tap any cruise line below to see all the ships we sell. Click a ship name to open its live position tracker.

Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate is the cruise ship tracker?
The trackers use AIS (Automatic Identification System) data which most cruise ships broadcast continuously. Additionally, services like MarineTraffic aggregate the same feeds for global vessel monitoring. Typically, position updates land within 5 to 10 minutes of the ship’s actual location. The exception is some smaller expedition ships and river cruisers, which may broadcast less frequently.
Why is my cruise ship not showing on the tracker?
Firstly, a ship may not appear if it is in dry dock, between voyages with the AIS transponder turned off, or sailing in regions with limited AIS coverage (parts of the Arctic, Antarctic and Amazon). In that case, try again in a few hours, or alternatively check the cruise line’s own status updates.
Can I track multiple ships at once?
Each cruise ship tracker page shows one ship. However, the fastest way to compare positions is to open each ship’s tracker in a separate browser tab from the index above.
What does the position page tell me beyond GPS coordinates?
In addition to coordinates, most ship trackers show: current latitude and longitude, current speed and heading, the last port called and the next port expected, current weather at the ship’s location where available, and the current voyage itinerary.
Where can I find live availability for the cruise lines listed above?
Firstly, browse our cruise lines page for every line we sell, or call our cruise specialists on 020 7947 0270 and we will run live availability across the dates and itineraries that fit you.
Ready to plan your own cruise? Browse the lines above or speak to a Paramount Cruises specialist who can run live availability and match you to the right ship and itinerary in one conversation.
