F1® Cruises & Grand Prix Cruise Holidays

An F1 cruise holiday combines a Formula 1® Grand Prix weekend with a cruise before or after the race, turning a few days at the circuit into a much bigger holiday. Paramount Cruises packages typically bring together return flights, hotel stays, transfers, your cruise and Grandstand race tickets, with additional inclusions such as drinks packages, Wi-Fi, dining or excursions available on selected itineraries.

Our packages are crafted to give you a seamless experience from start to finish. You can typically expect return UK flights with baggage, airport and port transfers, a hotel stay in the host city for two to five nights, your cruise itinerary and weekend Grandstand tickets for the Grand Prix (with the exception of Monaco which is Sunday only).

Circuit transfers vary between Grand Prix packages. Where transfers form part of the package, this will be clearly shown within the individual holiday inclusions. Some destinations include escorted coach transfers, while at others guests have the flexibility to use local public transport, taxis or official event shuttle services. Check your chosen Grand Prix package for full details of the transport arrangements included.

Most of our packages include reserved Grandstand tickets for both qualifying and race day, guaranteeing a fantastic view of the action. The only exception is Monaco, where packages include Sunday race-day tickets, which is an unforgettable experience in one of the most iconic settings in motorsport. Our team has personally attended the majority of races, so we know what works best. Entry-level seats are always excellent, but if you would like to upgrade or enjoy VIP hospitality, we will be delighted to guide you through the options. Every ticket also includes access to the F1® Fanzone and off-track entertainment.

Some Grand Prix weekends include access to major live music performances and entertainment as part of the race experience. Concert access varies according to the event and ticket type, so we'll always clearly explain what's included with your chosen Grand Prix package.

Yes. Your Grand Prix weekend ticket usually includes access to support series such as Formula 2, Formula 3 or Porsche Supercup. These races provide even more action across the weekend and are a fantastic way to see the stars of the future before they reach Formula 1.

Most tickets are digital and are delivered securely around one to two weeks before the event, either through the official circuit app or by email. We will always provide clear instructions so you know exactly how to access your tickets, and our team is available if you need any assistance.

Yes. Upgrades are available at many of the races we feature. Depending on the destination, options may include alternative Grandstands, premium viewing areas or full hospitality experiences with food, drinks and exclusive facilities. Available upgrades and prices vary by event, so our team will be happy to talk you through the options for your chosen Grand Prix.

Formula 1® will feature a record 10 Sprint weekends in 2027, giving fans competitive track action across all three days of selected Grand Prix weekends. Sprint races will take place in Bahrain, Australia, Japan, Monaco, Canada, Great Britain, Italy, Brazil, Qatar and Abu Dhabi. Bahrain, Australia, Japan, Monaco and Abu Dhabi will host the Sprint format for the first time.

Yes, many families travel with us and enjoy combining a cruise holiday with the excitement of a Formula 1® weekend. Many ships are family-friendly with kids’ clubs, pools and entertainment. At the same time, it is important to remember that Grand Prix weekends are very large, busy events with big crowds, so families should be prepared for a lively atmosphere and a lot of walking around the circuit.

We would not generally recommend it; however, it is possible, although it can be challenging. Facilities for very young children are limited at most circuits. We recommend coming prepared with essentials such as ear defenders, lightweight strollers and portable changing mats. Our team has first-hand experience and is happy to share advice to help make the day easier.

Formula 1® attracts fans of all ages, and families are always part of the crowd. The energy is exciting and inclusive, but parents should be aware that the events are very busy and can feel overwhelming for younger children. With good preparation, it can still be a memorable experience for the whole family.

Sadly, some agents cut corners. They might have guests disembark on a Saturday during a Sprint Weekend, meaning you miss part of the racing action. Others only include general admission tickets, leaving you standing in crowded areas with restricted views, or even misleading guests about how easy it is to get to the circuit in Barcelona.

While we can’t hand out a ten-second stop-and-go penalty to those agents who in our opinion exceed track limits, we can promise that every Paramount package includes at least Grandstand tickets, perfectly timed itineraries, and the premium experience true Formula One fans deserve.
