All Haven guests will have access to a number of private Haven venues. The Haven Restaurant is a dedicated dining room for Haven guests offering an array of dishes or why not have your butler to serve you your meal in the privacy of your suite if you wish. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to make use of the main dining room and speciality restaurants onboard, too.
The Haven Lounge is the perfect meeting place to catch up with your fellow Haven members for a pre-dinner cocktail or simply a place to sit down and relax with a book as you watch the world go by.
The Haven Courtyard and Sundeck is an exclusive adults-only sanctuary, with a pool and hot tub, it provides the perfect escape as you soak up the sun.
The Haven Lounge and Restaurant is available in Prima Class, Epic, Breakaway, and Breakaway Plus class ships.
Personalised Service
Even before your cruise holiday has begun you’ll experience personalised service exclusive to The Haven. You will be given a personal escort on and off the ship at the pier and ports-of-call, and a concierge service with a 24-hour trained and certified Butler Service to tend to your every need, from helping you with booking your shore excursions, dining arrangements, entertainment, to unpacking your suitcase. You will also be given a Haven Umbrella which is available for use onboard & ashore.
Luxurious Benefits
The service doesn’t stop there, guests will be able to have exclusive access to the Haven which offers a sundeck with a private pool and hot tubs. All Haven attendants will be there to take care of you cold towels fresh fruit and sun deck refreshments on all sea days. Guest will also have the opportunity to have complimentary in-suite movies and a mobile phone that can be used throughout the ship!
Delicious Extras
Why not enjoy your meal from the privacy of your suite? Guests who are part of the Haven will get daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Haven Restaurant or they can be designated a speciality restaurant instead. They also have priority when reserving restaurants and entertainment, a cocktail party with the ship’s officers, a 24-hour suite room service menu, a continental breakfast menu, a Nespresso Coffeemaker and Tea Fort Teabag, and a fruit bowl which is replenished upon request.
Sailors who are staying in Owner’s Suites & Garden Villas have access to 1 bottle of Moet Champagne, a Custom selection of liquor upon embarkation, 6 canned sodas, and 2 bottles of springs & sparkling water which are all replenished daily.
Other suites will receive 2 sparkling & 2 spring water upon embarkation.
