As part of the launch of the new Explora Journeys, MSC Cruises has revamped and redesigned the onboard experiences to align with the highest level of luxury.
Due to take to the waters in May 2023, The first ship that Explora Journeys will release is the Explora I which will be vibrant, and sophisticated, but most importantly will provide completely relaxed, non-traditional high-end luxury at sea.

The 461 oceanfront suites with unrivaled space and privacy are the perfect place to relax, enjoy in-suite dining, or have a cocktail from your private terrace.
There are nine culinary experiences, each unique, designed to celebrate a variety of cuisines around the world. The restaurants on board will showcase up-and-coming chefs from around the globe who will use locally sourced ingredients to ensure that the food is as fresh and as delicious as possible. You can enjoy a wide selection of dishes onboard including Pan Asian, Steakhouse, and Mediterranean, there will be something to suit everyone’s palate.
After dinner, you will be able to enjoy the reimagined entertainment from one of the 10 bars and lounges on offer. The atmosphere is relaxed but classy where you can discover, take in, and appreciate diverse talents from around the world.
For those wanting to really relax and recuperate there is a comprehensive well-being program on Explora Journeys. A 700sqm spa facility with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, group workout classes to personal training appointments, help keep your mind and body enriched throughout your stay.
Outdoor space is always important on any cruise ship and Explora Journeys doesn’t disappoint here with more than 2,500sqm of outdoor deck space. There are a variety of indoor and outdoor whirlpools available plus three outdoor pools, one of which is adult-only and one indoor pool. If you don’t fancy a swim, then there are 64 private cabanas that you can relax on throughout the day and soak up the sun.
