With the launch of Norwegian Cruise Line‘s latest ship, the Norwegian Aqua, which is planned to set sail in 2025! We are excited to discover the additional details with its upgraded culinary and beverage offerings for its highly-anticipated Prima Class vessels.

Enticing Elevated Eateries

Get ready to experience three brand-new and exciting venues onboard NCL’s prima class ships. The first-ever Thai Speciality restaurant Sukhothai, offering an unrivalled experience with a stylish and warm atmosphere featuring an eclectic menu with authentic Thai cuisines with creative, dynamic flavours for you to discover. In addition to Sukhothai, Planterie which is NCL’s first eatery offering passengers a healthier option, with a charming station located in the Indulge Food Hall with options from plant-based bowls and other health options. The Indulge Food Hall will feature a brand-new design with 10 food stations with inspiration from international food marketplaces from across the globe. All of these eateries will be making their debut onboard Norwegian Aqua in 2025!

Redesigned Venues

Onboard Norwegian Aqua many venues will be having an upgrade to them. The first to be brought out with a new look is the Commodore Room, which is one of the ship’s main complimentary dining rooms. It will feature a rustic yet luxurious design inspired from its sea-faring namesake. NCL’s modern Sail & Sustain cocktail bar, Metropolitan, which won the 2024 Vibe Vista Award for “Best Beverage Program” is going to receive a distinct design from other Prima Class Vessels, with a grand piano and a small entertainment space featuring live music. Nama Sushi and Sashimi, which is onboard Norwegian Prima and Viva will include a new colour palette, giving passengers a playful dining experience being surrounded by bold colours of lime green and black. The Surfside Café will offer a scenic view with floor-to-ceiling windows, passengers are able to have a diverse buffet-style dining experience.

Returning Guest-Favourites

Norwegian Cruise Line have brought guest-favourites back onboard Norwegian Aqua with Hudson’s giving passengers a 270⁰ view in the main complimentary dining room. The high-end French Restaurant, Le Bistro which was inspired by the Palace of Versailles. Los Lobos, which is the authentic Mexican dining venue with outside seating. The other guest-favourite to be retuning onboard Norwegian Aqua, is the upscale Italian restaurant, Onda by Scarpetta. There is many more culinary places to go to onboard Norwegian Aqua.

Prima Class Food & Beverage Reveal

“Discovering new flavors and dining experiences is such a memorable part of any vacation, especially when you share it with those who matter most to you. Expanding on our award-winning food and beverage program, we’re looking forward to bringing new concepts to life aboard Norwegian Aqua, while continuing to deliver on the variety of available offerings and value that NCL delivers.”
