MS Spitsbergen is an intimate HX Expeditions ship, extensively refurbished in 2025 to pair modern expedition capability with simple Scandinavian style. With space for just 150 guests, she feels relaxed and personal, with wide decks and panoramic windows that keep you connected to the landscape. Days revolve around landings with the Expedition Team, with briefings and learning centred in the onboard Science Centre. Between adventures, settle into the Explorer Lounge and Bar, enjoy regional flavours in Restaurant Aune and the casual Brygga Bistro, then warm up in the panoramic sauna or soak in the open-air hot tubs.
