HX Expeditions - MS Fram

MS Fram

MS Fram is a purpose-built HX Expeditions ship with a classic explorer’s pedigree and an intimate feel at sea. Built for polar travel, her smaller size helps reach remote coastlines and landing sites, creating closer-to-nature expedition cruising. Recently refreshed with upgraded cabins and an expanded Science Centre, she combines a Nordic, light-filled interior with practical expedition features, including smaller boats for shore landings. Between adventures, travellers can dine in two restaurants or at the outdoor BBQ, unwind in two hot tubs and the panoramic sauna, and swap stories in the Explorer Lounge.

Small-Ship Access

Smaller size supports closer exploration, with expedition boats for shore landings and off-the-map moments.

Upgraded Science Centre

An expanded Science Centre with microscopes and lectures brings wildlife, geology and culture into sharp focus.

Hot Tubs and Sauna

Warm up in the panoramic sauna or sink into one of two outdoor hot tubs as the scenery glides by.
