MS Polarlys

Polarlys means “polar light” in Norwegian, an appropriate name for a ship that spends winter nights travelling beneath Arctic skies. Refurbished with a contemporary Arctic-inspired interior, MS Polarlys offers panoramic lounges, a large outdoor sun deck, two hot tubs, a sauna and fitness room as she follows Hurtigruten’s Original Coastal Express. Days onboard are informal and closely connected to Norway, with local flavours served through Norway’s Coastal Kitchen and the Expedition Team sharing insights into the towns, islands, wildlife and landscapes passing beyond the ship
