You can manage your booking online via the Cunard website using the My Cunard portal. Here you'll find everything you need for your upcoming cruise holiday. You can enter passport information, payment card details, book dining and shore excursions, and download your boarding pass. You can use My Cunard up until the day you set sail. To login you'll need the 6 digit booking reference. Your Cunard reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. You will also need to enter your full name and date of birth in order to access the My Cunard portal.
Cunard offers an enhanced online check-in facility. Visit my.cunard.com/en-gb/mycruise/login and enter your details (first name, surname, date of birth, and booking reference). Enter passport information, payment card details and download your boarding pass.
You'll need a valid passport for travel. It must have at least 6 months validity from your date of return to the UK.
Please check the entry requirements for the countries you’ll be visiting, some destinations do require a visa to be organised prior to departure. You can find the latest information at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
You can book shore excursions via My Cunard. The most popular shore excursions do sell out so ensure you have pre-booked your most bucket-list tours early. Alternatively do check out Venture Ashore who also offer shore excursions in the majority of ports around the world.
Pre-book alternative dining by logging into My Cunard using your booking reference. You can choose the venue, date, and time you wish to dine. Reservations can be made from 14 days before you sail.
Cunard cruises never go out of style, so pack accordingly. During the day, the dress code is generally casual. Evenings typically have a more formal dress code, especially on Gala Evenings.
Gala Evenings are a Cunard tradition, offering an opportunity to dress up in your finest attire. These elegant evenings often include special menus, entertainment, and photo opportunities.
If you have booked a Select Fare offer which includes car parking in Southampton you can secure your place from 72 hours after booking your voyage by visiting www.cruiseparking.co.uk or contacting Cruise & Passenger Services on 0345 071 3939. Bookings must be made a minimum of 35 days prior to your voyage departure date and are subject to availability.
If you do not have car parking included in your booking you can still book car parking at Southampton by visiting www.cruiseparking.co.uk or contacting Cruise & Passenger Services on 0345 071 3939.
If you have booked a Select Fare offer which includes coach transfers to Southampton you can book your seats please contact Intercruises by calling 0344 3388 690. Bookings can be made 72 hours after making your voyage booking, and must be made a minimum of 35 days prior to your departure date and are subject to availability.
