You can manage your booking online via My Ambassador Sailing section of the website. All pre-cruise information and documentation will be available via My Ambassador Sailing. Your Ambassador Cruise Line reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. All guests are required to submit their API (Advance Passenger Information), this can be done within 90 days of sailing but must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
You can also book destination experiences, submit dining requests, view your embarkation time, complete the pre-travel health declaration, as well as choose your bed configuration.

You'll need a valid passport for travel. It must have at least 6 months validity from your date of return to the UK.

Ambassador Cruise Line offers a variety of destination experiences at each port of call. Details are announced approximately two months before you sail. Pre-registering via the My Ambassador Sailing section of the website is recommended due to limited availability.

The dress code onboard Ambassador Cruise Line ships varies depending on the time of day and the specific evening events.

  • Daytime: Casual clothing is recommended for daytime comfort.
  • Evenings: The Daily Programme provides guidance on the dress code for each evening. There are generally two ‘formal’ or gala nights planned every 7-12 nights. For these events, many gentlemen opt for dinner jackets, though a lounge suit is also acceptable. Ladies often wear evening or cocktail dresses. Jeans, t-shirts, shorts and open neck shirts are not permitted in the main restaurant on formal or gala evenings.
  • On "smart" evenings, men may wear a suit or smart jacket and trousers, with or without a tie, while ladies often choose cocktail dresses or trouser suits.
  • "Casual" evenings typically occur when the ship is in port or during special events like deck parties, allowing you to choose your attire.

For all cruises departing and returning to the UK there is no luggage restriction. For safety reasons, each bag or suitcase must not exceed 23kg. It is worth mentioning that all luggage must be stored in your cabin so it is worth considering this when packing for your cruise.

All cabins are fitted with standard UK 3 pin socket with some also allowing for USB charging.

Secure car parking is available at the majority of ports from which Ambassador Cruise Line sail from. To book car parking please speak to one of the team who will be able to add this to your booking, subject to availability.

Ambassador Cruise Line offers a charged coach service between London Victoria Coach Station and London Cruise Terminal on sailing days, which must be pre-booked. Please speak to one of the team if you'd like to add this to your booking.
