Flexible dining times and optional packages make it easy to shape every meal around your holiday.
What Dining Is Included?
Your Royal Caribbean fare includes restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and casual snacks. The exact line-up differs between ships, but every sailing combines complimentary dining with optional speciality experiences, giving you plenty of variety without paying extra for every meal.

Café Promenade
Café Promenade is a casual complimentary venue for sandwiches, pastries, snacks and desserts throughout the day and late into the evening. Selected coffees are included, while branded speciality drinks may cost extra.

Park Café
Park Café offers fresh, casual dining with sandwiches, salads, soups and pastries. Available on selected ships, it is an easy choice for a lighter breakfast, quick lunch or relaxed snack between onboard activities.

El Loco Fresh
El Loco Fresh serves complimentary Mexican favourites including tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos, with salsas and toppings to customise each plate. Available on selected ships, it is a popular poolside lunch option.

Solarium Bistro
Solarium Bistro offers lighter Mediterranean-inspired dining in a relaxed setting, with fresh salads, grilled dishes and international favourites. Available on selected ships, breakfast and lunch are generally included.

AquaDome Market
Exclusive to Icon Class, AquaDome Market is Royal Caribbean’s first food hall, bringing together five counters inspired by global street food. Its included choices make it easy for everyone to order something different.

Main Dining Room and Timings
The Main Dining Room is included in the cruise fare and offers changing menus served over several courses. When booking, guests can normally choose between Traditional Dining and My Time Dining.
Traditional Dining provides an assigned early or late sitting, with the same table and scheduled dining time each evening. My Time Dining allows you to dine during the restaurant’s available dinner hours, subject to availability. Both options use the same menus, but reservations are strongly recommended for My Time Dining, particularly during popular evening periods. Requests for a particular table or waiter may also be considered, although they cannot be guaranteed
Signature Speciality Restaurants
Royal Caribbean’s speciality restaurants bring extra choice and a sense of occasion to your holiday, from elegant steakhouses and Italian favourites to sushi, seafood and imaginative tasting menus. Venues may use a cover charge or à-la-carte pricing, while dining packages can offer better value across several restaurants. Availability varies by ship.

Chops Grille
Royal Caribbean’s signature steakhouse pairs hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood with classic sides, rich sauces and polished service. Its warm, sophisticated setting makes Chops Grille a favourite for date nights and celebrations.

Izumi
Izumi celebrates the flavours of Japan with fresh sushi, sashimi, creative rolls and beautifully presented hot dishes. Selected ships also feature teppanyaki, where skilled chefs combine theatrical cooking with a lively shared meal.

Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen
Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen serves generous Italian favourites made for sharing, from hand-tossed pizzas and freshly prepared pasta to meatballs and comforting main courses. The relaxed atmosphere makes it ideal for families and groups.

Hooked Seafood
Hooked Seafood captures the spirit of a New England fish restaurant, serving oysters, crab cakes, lobster rolls and freshly prepared catches. Nautical details and generous seafood platters create a relaxed taste of the coast at sea.

Jamie’s Italian
Inspired by Jamie Oliver, Jamie’s Italian brings rustic Italian cooking to sea with tempting antipasti, handmade pasta and hearty main courses. Informal surroundings and generous flavours create an easy, sociable dining experience.

Wonderland
Wonderland Imaginative Cuisine transforms dinner into a playful journey inspired by earth, fire, water, ice and dreams. Unexpected flavours, artistic presentation and theatrical touches make every course part of the experience.

150 Central Park
Surrounded by the greenery of Central Park, this intimate restaurant showcases seasonal ingredients through refined, carefully presented dishes. Elegant service and a peaceful garden setting make it ideal for a memorable evening.

Chef’s Table
Chef’s Table is an intimate multi-course experience hosted by Royal Caribbean’s culinary team. Each dish is introduced as it arrives and paired with wine, creating a sociable evening shaped around flavour, storytelling and discovery.

Playmakers Sports Bar
Playmakers combines live sport, arcade games and an energetic atmosphere with crowd-pleasing favourites such as burgers, wings and loaded nachos. It is an easy place to catch the action while enjoying relaxed food and drinks.

Johnny Rockets
Johnny Rockets recreates the fun of a classic American diner with juicy burgers, crispy fries, onion rings and indulgent milkshakes. Retro styling, upbeat music and friendly service make it especially popular with families.

Icon Class Dining
Icon Class expands Royal Caribbean dining with food halls, family-friendly restaurants, walk-up counters and immersive speciality experiences spread across its neighbourhoods. AquaDome Market brings five global food counters together beneath the AquaDome, while Surfside Eatery and Surfside Bites cater for families close to the pools and play areas. Pearl Café provides light meals and snacks overlooking the Royal Promenade, while premium experiences may include Empire Supper Club, Celebration Table and Royal Railway. The exact restaurant collection evolves between Icon of the Seas, Star of the Seas, Legend of the Seas and later ships.
Royal Caribbean Dining Packages
Royal Caribbean dining packages allow guests to experience multiple speciality restaurants for a pre-purchased price. Options may include Chops +1, packages covering a set number of evenings and the Unlimited Dining Package, although availability depends on the ship, itinerary and length of the cruise.
The Unlimited Dining Package generally includes speciality dinner each night and lunch at participating restaurants on sea days. Beverages are not included, packages cannot be shared and reservations are still required. Selected premium venues, culinary activities and menu items may be excluded or carry an additional supplement, while à-la-carte restaurants may provide a set food credit.
Packages are usually best purchased before departure through My Royal Cruise or the Royal Caribbean app, as availability and preferred dining times can become limited. Prices are dynamic and should be checked for the individual sailing.

Family-Friendly Dining
Royal Caribbean provides children’s menus, casual restaurants and flexible venues across the fleet, making it easy to plan meals around younger guests. My Family Time Dining is available for families with children aged 3 to 11 and aims to serve their evening meal within approximately 45 minutes. Parents then escort their children to the Adventure Ocean team before returning to finish dinner at a more relaxed pace.
Children can also dine in selected speciality restaurants. Guests aged five and under may eat from the children’s menu without a restaurant charge, while reduced charges normally apply for children aged 6 to 12. Exact arrangements and prices should be checked for the chosen sailing.
Dietary Requirements and Special Requests
Royal Caribbean can accommodate many dietary requirements, including food allergies, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, kosher, low-fat and low-sodium diets. The Main Dining Room generally offers the greatest flexibility because its galley has more scope to prepare tailored meals, while speciality restaurants may have limited ability to change their menus.
Requirements should be provided well before sailing. Royal Caribbean currently recommends at least 45 days’ notice for many requests and up to 90 days on selected European, Asian and South American itineraries or for certain kosher meals. Guests should also speak with the dining team once onboard.

Royal Caribbean Room Service
Room service is available throughout the day and night, allowing guests to order breakfast, snacks and selected meals to their stateroom. Most orders carry a delivery charge, with an additional gratuity automatically applied. The menu, operating arrangements and current charge are shown onboard and may change by sailing. Selected suite guests may receive enhanced or included in-stateroom dining benefits.
