Celestyal Cruises has announced that they are offering a new simplified structure called Celestyal One. This will replace Celestyal Experience and Celestyal Experience Plus packages where customers instead will now have access to a new prepaid food and beverage digital wallet.

What will Celestyal One Include?

Celestyal One will include the cruise fare, complimentary Wi-Fi for all guests, filter coffee, tea, water and juice throughout the day, unlimited free soft drinks in the main restaurant with meals, as well as port fees and taxes and crew gratuities.

What else is Celestyal Cruises Changing?

In addition to Celstyal One, Celestyal Cruises is also making its drinks offerings easier for guests by removing their beverage packages and replacing it with a prepaid food and beverage wallet called CelestyalPay. This will allow customers to use their digital wallets onboard for any non-complimentary food and beverages purchased. Guests can either add the charges to their account or preload their CelestyalPay before sailing, to receive top-up bonus credit from the cruise line depending on which tab they decide to preload.

Tab Bonuses

€100 tab for a €15 bonus | €200 tab for a €35 bonus | €300 tab for a €55 bonus | €500 tab for a €100 bonus | €750 tab and €175 bonus | €1000 tab they will receive a €250 bonus

Celestyal Cruises has announced they will increase their complimentary eateries onboard. Guests can now take advantage of the main restaurant Thalassa and buffet-style Taverna across Celestyal Discovery & Celestyal Journey. Guests can also dine at the Greek Deli or Pizza Oven (only on Celestyal Discovery and on Celestyal Journey pizza slices will be offered during selected hours) as additional complimentary informal eateries in the afternoons.

Celestyal Offers an All-Inclusive Culinary Journey

“We’re passionate about high value – whether it’s value for time, money or experience. So, we’re thrilled to be introducing our new ‘Celestyal One’ fare structure and ‘CelestyalPay’ as a direct response to feedback from our guests and travel agent partners. Our new simplified approach offers enhanced inclusions, more choice, more flexibility and out-of-this-world value. From complimentary essential WiFi, unlimited soft drinks and crew gratuities to an expanded range of locally inspired dining options, we’re making sure guests have everything they need to enjoy their time onboard with ease and convenience.”

– Lee Haslett, chief commercial officer at Celestyal
