From between 24-48 hours after you've book you'll be able to manage your booking. Your Virgin Voyages reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. This can be done by signing into your account on the Virgin Voyages website or via the Virgin Voyages App. To ensure you're booking is correctly linked you'll need to log in using the same email address you used to make the booking.
Checking in can be done via the Virgin Voyages App. To ensure a smooth embarkation, it’s essential to complete the Ready to Sail check-in process in the Virgin Voyages App. During the check-in process, you'll be able to select a Terminal Arrival Time. You'll pick up your welcome kit at the port, including luggage tags and The Band. The Band is a sleek, wearable technology made from recycled ocean plastic that unlocks voyage adventures around the ship.
The Virgin Voyages App is a useful tool for your cruise, both before departing, but most importantly once you're onboard. After logging into the Virgin Voyages App, you'll see a page where you can tap "Connect a booking". You can then input your details to connect your booking to the app. When you're on the ship the app will help you plan your day, remind you of shore excursions or even book dining. Plus when you open the app and shake your phone, a secret button will be revealed and, with just one press, a bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial® will be delivered almost anywhere on board, how's that for service?!
You'll need a valid passport for travel. It must have at least 6 months validity from your date of return to the UK.
Please check the entry requirements for the countries you’ll be visiting, some destinations do require a visa to be organised prior to departure. You can find the latest information at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
