To help you prepare for a smooth and enjoyable cruise, we've answered some of the most common questions our guests ask. Whether you're managing your booking, completing online check-in, or simply wondering about dress codes, you'll find everything you need to know right here.

We've designed this FAQ to take the stress out of planning, so you can focus on the fun parts, like choosing shore excursions, exploring dining options, or picturing yourself relaxing by the pool. If there's anything you're still unsure about, our team is always here to help.

After booking you can manage your reservation on both the My Booking section of Seabourn's website and via the Seabourn Source App. Your Seabourn reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. If you do not have an account yet you'll need to create one.

To check in for a Seabourn cruise, you should visit the My Booking section of Seabourn's website. You can start the check-in process at Seabourn.com 45 days before your cruise begins. Once you have checked in at Seabourn.com, you can retrieve your digital boarding pass from within the app. To expedite your pier embarkation, complete the Online Guest Registration at Seabourn.com, open the app, log in, and go to your wallet to retrieve your Digital Boarding Pass.

Seabourn offers the Seabourn Source App, which you can use onboard to plan daily activities, purchase shore excursions and make dining reservations. Use the app to view menus or scan QR codes with your mobile device to easily view menu items or make Solis reservations. You can also personalize your cruise itinerary with Seabourn Source and access Herald.

You'll need a valid passport for travel. It must have at least 6 months validity from your date of return to the UK.

Please check the entry requirements for the countries you’ll be visiting, some destinations do require a visa to be organised prior to departure. You can find the latest information at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

Seabourn offers a range of shore excursions categorized into seven "Shore Experiences by Seabourn Collections", designed to cater to different interests. These include cultural experiences, UNESCO Partner Tours, and adventure programs like Ventures by Seabourn. Confirmed guests can download a personalised brochure for their cruise by visiting My Booking on Seabourn.com and selecting “Book Excursions & Spa”. The shore excursion reservations team is available to assist with tour bookings.

Use the Seabourn Source App to view menus or scan QR codes with your mobile device to easily view menu items or make Solis reservations.

For daytime attire on Seabourn cruises, casual resort-style clothing, including shorts and jeans, is acceptable in all lounges and dining venues. Swimwear, brief shorts, cover-ups, and exercise attire should be reserved for the poolside, on deck, or in the spa and fitness centre. In the evening, after 6 pm, the dress code is Elegant Casual in all dining venues. For men, this means trousers with a collared dress shirt or sweater, with a jacket being optional. For women, trousers, skirts, blouses, trouser suits, or dresses are appropriate. Elegant jeans are also welcome in all dining venues.

Formal nights occur on certain Seabourn cruises, but depend on the specific ship and the length of the voyage.

◦ Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit do not have any formal evenings.

◦ Cruises up to 13 days: One formal evening.

◦ Cruises of 14 to 20 days: Two formal evenings.

◦ Cruises of 21 or more days: Three formal evenings.
