You can manage your booking online via the Azamara website. Simply click here and enter your reservation number. Your Azamara reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. You will also need to enter your last name and sailing date to access your booking on the Azamara website.

Yes, Scenic Ocean Cruises include all-inclusive excursions and discoveries on each voyage. Guests are immersed in their destination to create stories for life. The fleet of exploratory tools includes Zodiacs and kayaks, which allow guests to go beyond the horizon. Scenic also offers Scenic Freechoice activities, which are expert-led shore excursions tailored to the guests' taste.
Complimentary internet access is available on board, with Wi-Fi coverage throughout the ship for use on your personal devices. Please note that connection quality and availability can vary based on your location and weather conditions, and service may be limited in Polar or other remote regions. Additionally, some websites may not be accessible due to Scenic’s firewall and security protocols.
All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are included for our guests, with the exception of a few select rare, fine, and vintage wines, champagnes, and spirits. Your daily mini-bar is fully restocked, and a wide selection of specialty teas and coffees is available. In the lounge, a coffee machine offers specialty coffee, decaf, and hot chocolate for your enjoyment.

- Azure Bar & Café: Casual all-day grazing and light bites.
- Chef's Garden @ Scenic Épicure: Hands-on culinary masterclasses and tastings with our expert chefs and sommelier.
- Chef's Table @ Elements: An exclusive, invitation-only private 10-course degustation dinner.
- Elements: The main restaurant offers an à la carte menu with Italian, steak, and seafood dishes for dinner.
- Koko’s Asian Fusion: Innovative dishes combining traditional ingredients to celebrate the diverse flavours of Asia (dinner).
- Sushi & Saké Bar @ Koko’s (reservations required): An authentic Japanese dining experience (dinner).
- Night Market @ Koko’s (reservations required): Private Teppanyaki grill dining for eight guests, featuring interactive hot and cold cuisine inspired by the vibrant markets of Asia, India, and the Middle East (dinner).
- Lumière (reservations required): Contemporary French fine dining with a Champagne Bar (dinner).
- Yacht Club: Grill restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch, and special themed dinners.
- In-Suite Dining: A comprehensive 24-hour menu delivered to your suite.
- Verandah, Deluxe & Grand Deluxe Suites (32–40 m²): Feature a separate sleep zone and lounge area, plus a private verandah or terrace.
- Spa Suites (46–50 m²): Include an exclusive spa bath overlooking the ocean and a steam shower with light therapy.
- Panorama & Grand Panorama Suites (105–110 m²): Boast a spacious curved private verandah or terrace and a dining area for four guests.
- Owner’s Penthouse & Two-Bedroom Penthouse Suites (195–247 m²): Feature a spa pool on the terrace, an expansive bathroom with a spa bath, and a steam shower with light therapy. On Scenic Eclipse II, the bathroom also includes two infrared chairs.
All guests enjoy personalised butler service throughout their voyage.
Spa facilities and group classes are included in your cruise fare. Individual spa treatments and private classes are available at an additional cost. The gym is also complimentary and features a rower, elliptical, treadmill, exercise bike, free weights, yoga ball, stretching mat, BOSU ball, medicine ball, and rollers.
All tipping and gratuities, both onshore and on board, are included in your cruise fare
Scenic Ocean Cruises offer unrivalled worldwide voyages. Destinations listed include the Polar Regions (such as the Arctic and Antarctica), Australia & South Pacific (including the Great Barrier Reef), Europe & the Mediterranean, the Americas, and Asia.
Scenic accepts USD cash at Guest Services. Cash provided in AUD, NZD, GBP, or CAD will be converted to USD before being applied to your onboard account. Please note that they cannot accept coins, except for USD coins.
While relaxing on board, we recommend smart-casual, comfortable attire. Be sure to pack swimwear and activewear for the heated and plunge pools, wellness areas, gym, and the yoga and Pilates studio.
In the evenings, there are no formal nights; however, most restaurants encourage a casual yet elegant style. Suggested attire includes a dress, skirt, or trousers paired with a blouse or sweater for women, and trousers accompanied by a collared shirt for men. Jackets and ties are optional.
Luxury expedition-style cruising is not recommended for children under 12. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and share accommodation with an adult. Please note that there are no children’s programs or babysitting services on board.
Scenic provides a simple and seamless check-in process designed to make embarkation effortless. To ensure a smooth arrival at the port, we strongly recommend completing your online check-in in advance, which typically opens a few weeks before your cruise departure.
As part of the online check-in process, you will be required to:
- Present a valid passport
- Review and sign the cruise ticket contract
- Register a credit card for your onboard account
- Upload or take a photo for your keycard
Completing these steps ahead of time allows you to begin your Scenic journey relaxed and ready to enjoy every moment from the moment you step onboard.
