You can manage your booking online via the Cruise Planner section of the Royal Caribbean website or the Royal Caribbean App. Your Royal Caribbean reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. Once logged in you can also explore your itinerary, find essential Before You Board information. Purchase and schedule items such as beverage, wi-fi and photo packages, speciality dining reservations, spa services, and shore excursions.
You can check in online via the Cruise Planner section of the Royal Caribbean website or the Royal Caribbean App 50 days before your cruise. Online check-in remains available up to 48 hours before your cruise, or even up to until 8am the morning of your sailing if using the Royal Caribbean App.
Royal Caribbean does indeed have an app that offers a range of features to enhance the cruising experience which you can download to your mobile device by clicking here. Guests can use the app for check-in and boarding by scanning passports, taking security photos, selecting arrival times, and answering health questions to expedite the boarding process. It also allows guests to browse and book shore excursions. The app helps in tracking onboard spending through a real-time expense account. Additionally, guests on certain ships—Adventure, Allure, Harmony, Freedom, Independence, Oasis, Symphony, Voyager, Wonder, Liberty, and Icon of the Seas—can view, purchase, and download cruise photos directly to their phones.
You'll need a valid passport for travel. It must have at least 6 months validity from your date of return to the UK.

You can either book a Shore Excursion by visiting the Shore Excursion desk onboard during your cruise, however we'd always recommend that guests visit their Cruise Planner online or the Royal Caribbean App to purchase excursions before they cruise. You will be able to view and purchase available shore excursions once you've reserved your cruise and received your cruise reservation number.
Royal Caribbean has a variety of dining packages to suit your tastes. however, packages may not be available on all ships and sail dates. There are 4 different types of dining packages: Chops +1, 3-Night Package, 5-Night Package, 10-Night Package and Unlimited Dining Package. To purchase a package or to check pricing for your sailing, please use Cruise Planner on the Royal Caribbean website or via the Royal Caribbean App.
Royal Caribbean's dress code includes casual wear for relaxed, daytime activities, with jeans, polos, sundresses, and blouses being suitable. Swimwear is appropriate for the pool deck, and shorts are acceptable during breakfast and lunch. Smart casual attire, a step above casual, is often worn for dinner in the ship's restaurants, with collared shirts, dresses, skirts, blouses, or pantsuits recommended; jackets, sports coats, and blazers are also welcome. Regardless of the specific dress code, bare feet are not allowed in any venue, and tank tops are not permitted in the Main Dining Room or speciality dining venues for dinner.
Formal nights, offering an opportunity to showcase elegant attire, are scheduled based on the cruise duration. Cruises of 3, 4, or 5 nights typically feature a formal night on Day 2. Six-night cruises usually have formal nights on Days 2 and 5. Seven-night cruises typically schedule formal nights for Days 2 and 6. On Oasis and Allure of the Seas, formal nights are held on Days 2 and 5 for Western itineraries and Days 2 and 6 for Eastern itineraries. For cruises lasting 8 to 10 nights, there are two formal nights; for 11 to 14 nights, there are three; and for cruises of 15 nights or longer, there are three or four formal nights, with specific days varying by ship and sailing.
