To view the details of your reservation, log in via the Explora Journeys website. Your Explora Journeys reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. You'll need to create an account in order to manage your reservation before departure.
Check in online via the Explora Journeys app or website between 90 days and 24 hours before your journey. Ensure you have your booking reference handy. If you encounter any issues, our Ground Handling team will assist you at the terminal.
Yes, Explora Journeys has an app that allows you to check in online. You can download the Explora Journeys App to check-in with ease, simply click here to download it to your mobile device today for free.
You'll need a valid passport for travel. It must have at least 6 months validity from your date of return to the UK.
Please check the entry requirements for the countries you’ll be visiting, some destinations do require a visa to be organised prior to departure. You can find the latest information at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
It is possible to pre-book shore excursions online before you sail, however, you will also find a Destination Experience desk onboard, where you will be able to book, change and cancel your Destination Experiences, all subject to availability of course.
Reservations are required for Marble & Co. Grill, Sakura, and Anthology, whilst the Emporium Marketplace, Med Yacht Club, and Fil Rouge restaurants are open seating. You can book your dining experience before boarding, however, pre-reservations are restricted to one per venue.
The suggested dress code onboard Explora Journeys is elegant resort casual. Swimwear and bathrobes are not allowed in restaurants and indoor bars/lounges. Shorts and sleeveless t-shirts are not permitted during dinner in Anthology and Fil Rouge, and baseball caps and sportswear are not allowed in Anthology, Fil Rouge, Sakura, Marble & Co. Grill, Med Yacht Club.
Explora Journeys focuses on unique, curated, and immersive experiences. Entertainment includes live piano music in the Lobby Bar and talks by Luminaries in the Explora Lounge. There are no formal nights on any of the voyages.
