You can manage your booking online via the Carnival website, simply visit Carnival.com and enter your reservation number. Your Carnival Cruise Line reference number can be found by logging in to your My Trip area. You will also need to enter your last name and sailing date to access your booking alternatively we do recommend downloading the Carnival HUB App.
Online check-in is essential and can be completed via Carnival's website. You can access this via the Manage My Booking section on Carnival.com. During online check-in, you'll be able to provide necessary flight information and purchase transportation to the cruise port terminal if not already included in your package. Complete this process well in advance of your sailing date to ensure a smooth embarkation.
Enhance your onboard experience by downloading the Carnival HUB App. It's free to download and use onboard. This nifty tool lets you:
- View daily events and ship maps.
- Make dining reservations and reserve shows.
- Manage your account and onboard chat (a fee applies for chat).
- The app works using the ship’s free Wi-Fi. To avoid roaming charges, turn on airplane mode. Log in using your Carnival.com account or booking details before your cruise, or with your folio number and date of birth once onboard.
You'll need a valid passport for travel. It must have at least 6 months validity from your date of return to the UK.
Please check the entry requirements for the countries you’ll be visiting, some destinations do require a visa to be organised prior to departure. You can find the latest information at www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
Carnival cruises offer a variety of shore excursions to suit every interest, from exploring historical sites to enjoying water sports. These can be booked in advance through the Carnival HUB App or with us at Paramount Cruises. Booking in advance ensures you don't miss out on popular tours.
Carnival offers a range of speciality dining options, from steakhouses to sushi. Reservations can be made via the Carnival HUB App or directly onboard. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dining times. Some ships have Guy's Burger Joint™ and Big Chicken restaurants. The Carnival Celebration and Jubilee both have Emeril’s Bistro.
Carnival cruises generally have a relaxed dress code. However, there are typically one or two elegant evenings (gala nights) per cruise where guests are encouraged to dress up. For these nights, cocktail dresses, suits, or tuxedos are suggested. During the day and in the main dining room, smart casual attire is perfectly acceptable.
Keep an eye on the Carnival HUB App for a schedule of special events, including themed parties, live music, and comedy shows. Some cruises, like Carnival Journeys, feature special events such as a "Throwback Sea Day".
