Holland America’s Neptune Suites offer generous living space, with a king-size bed, spacious private verandah, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and an expansive sitting area. Enhanced bathroom facilities, an in-suite coffee and espresso machine, premium bathrobes, fresh flowers and upgraded toiletries create a comfortable home at sea.
Pinnacle Suites take the experience further, with separate living and dining areas, a larger residential-style layout and enhanced welcome amenities. Available in very limited numbers, they represent the most spacious and exclusive accommodation across the Holland America fleet.

Pinnacle Suites
Pinnacle Suites are Holland America’s highest accommodation category. They offer a more expansive layout, with separate living and dining areas, enhanced bathroom facilities and additional residential-style space. Guests also receive the full range of Neptune suite benefits.

The Neptune Lounge
Reserved exclusively for Neptune and Pinnacle Suite guests, the Neptune Lounge offers a peaceful place to relax, plan your day or enjoy refreshments between activities.
A continental breakfast is served each morning, followed by pastries, light sandwiches and afternoon hors d’oeuvres. Comfortable seating, a library, board games and an honour bar create the feel of a private living room at sea, with concierge support available throughout the voyage.
On selected evenings, suite guests may also receive special touches such as corsages and boutonnieres, continuing one of Holland America’s long-standing suite traditions.

A personal concierge is available in the Neptune Lounge, with One-Touch telephone support continuing when the lounge is closed.
The concierge can assist with shore excursions, speciality restaurant reservations, spa appointments, car hire and recommendations for your time ashore. They can also manage priority dining and seating requests, helping you spend less time at the ship’s main service desks and more time enjoying your voyage.

Complimentary laundry, pressing and dry cleaning are included, alongside priority check-in, disembarkation, tender boarding and dining requests. Enhanced in-suite breakfast options, premium bathrobes, fresh flowers, a coffee and espresso machine and thoughtful welcome amenities add to the experience.
Club Orange dining benefits are also included, with arrangements varying by ship. On Koningsdam, Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam, guests can access the dedicated Club Orange restaurant for breakfast and dinner. On other ships, benefits may include priority Dining Room seating and an expanded menu.
