Breakfast, lunch and dinner onboard are included, alongside vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lighter Travelling Lite options. European journeys may also feature Welcome and Farewell receptions, gala dinners, alternative dining venues and alfresco meals. Exact restaurants and dining experiences vary by ship.

Selected worldwide itineraries, including Egypt and India, have their own drinks inclusions, which may apply at particular mealtimes or feature locally available brands. Uniworld journeys include a programme of guided experiences led by English-speaking local experts. Uniworld’s included excursions go beyond simply showing you the main sights. Local experts help reveal the stories, traditions and everyday character of each place, whether you are exploring a celebrated palace, browsing a neighbourhood market or cycling beside the river.
Do as the Locals Do experiences introduce the rhythms of local life, while Let’s Go excursions offer more active choices such as walking, hiking, cycling and kayaking. Selected Nights Out may include concerts, performances or memorable after-hours access.
The programme varies by itinerary, with a choice of included experiences often available on the same day. Optional Masterpiece Collection excursions provide further opportunities at an additional charge.

Gratuities Included
Attentive service is central to the Uniworld experience, and gratuities for the onboard team are included on standard programmes. Depending on the journey, this may also cover the Cruise or Tour Manager and personnel involved in included touring arrangements. This allows you to enjoy the warmth and professionalism of the crew without calculating a daily service charge at the end of the cruise. Services arranged outside the published itinerary may remain discretionary.

Entertainment is included, although the programme changes by itinerary. Rather than large-scale productions, evenings tend to centre on music, conversation and experiences that complement the places visited during the day.
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available onboard, making it easy to share photographs, check plans or keep in touch while you travel. It is equally easy to put the phone aside and watch historic towns, vineyards and riverbanks pass by from the lounge or sun deck.
Connection strength depends on the ship’s location and local networks, so speeds can vary and service may be limited in remote areas. Many hotels included within Uniworld’s worldwide programmes also provide complimentary Wi-Fi.

Sometimes the most inviting dining room is your own stateroom. Twenty-four-hour room service is included aboard many Uniworld-operated ships, allowing guests to enjoy selected meals, snacks or refreshments in greater privacy.
Menus, operating arrangements and availability vary, particularly in Egypt, India, Southeast Asia and Peru, as well as aboard partner-operated vessels.
Laundry Facilities
Access to self-service laundry facilities is available aboard applicable ships, making it easier to pack lightly for a longer journey. Returning River Heritage Club guests may also receive one complimentary bag of laundry on eligible cruises.
Guests staying in selected suites can enjoy enhanced laundry benefits. Facilities and services differ between ships and destinations, and additional charges may apply where laundry is not listed as included.
Personalised touches that make your time onboard feel even more effortless
Extra Comfort for Suite Guests
Eligible suites add another level of personal attention, with dedicated butler service available aboard many Uniworld ships. Depending on the vessel and category, this can include help with packing and unpacking, in-room breakfast, shoe care, a stocked minibar and complimentary laundry.
Butler service and suite benefits are not identical throughout the fleet. Arrangements differ in Egypt, India and Southeast Asia, and butler service is not available on Uniworld’s Peru programme.
Are Flights Included?
Many Uniworld holidays include return flights, making it easier to enjoy the complete journey within one booking. Where flights are included, this will be clearly displayed in the holiday details.
Flights do not form part of every cruise fare. Paramount Cruises can arrange suitable flights, hotels and other travel elements when they are not already included, creating a complete river cruise holiday around your preferred itinerary.
Are Airport Transfers Included?
Transfers between the airport and the ship are generally included when eligible flights are booked through Uniworld and meet the published arrival, departure and timing guidelines.
Guests arranging their own flights may be able to purchase group or private transfers, subject to availability. Paramount Cruises packages may also include independently arranged transfers, so the benefits confirmed on the individual booking should always be checked.

Inclusions Beyond Europe
Uniworld’s journeys through Egypt, India, Southeast Asia and Peru are shaped around the destinations in which they operate. They may combine river cruising with carefully selected hotels, internal flights, escorted touring and memorable experiences on land.
As a result, drinks, dining, gratuities, room service, wellness facilities and other onboard benefits do not always mirror the standard European programme. Some worldwide itineraries may include additional touring and internal travel, while offering a different beverage arrangement onboard.
Each itinerary has its own detailed inclusion list, allowing guests to see exactly what forms part of the journey before booking.
What Is Not Included?
Uniworld includes a considerable part of the experience, but some optional elements remain available at an additional charge. These can include spa treatments, personal purchases and Masterpiece Collection excursions, which offer specialist cultural, culinary or privately arranged experiences.
Unless they are expressly shown within the itinerary or Paramount Cruises package, additional costs may also include flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, excess baggage and meals or drinks outside the published programme.
