The MSC Voyagers Club rewards MSC Cruises guests with exclusive cruise discounts, onboard benefits and privileges that increase as you progress through the membership levels. Whether you're discovering MSC Cruises for the first time or returning for another voyage, joining the programme can add extra value before, during and after your cruise.
Membership is completely free and there are six levels, ranging from Welcome through to Blue Diamond. Members collect points through eligible MSC Cruises bookings and qualifying pre-cruise purchases, with higher membership levels unlocking an increasingly valuable range of benefits.
What is the MSC Cruises Voyagers Club?
The MSC Voyagers Club is MSC Cruises' loyalty programme, designed to reward guests with discounts, onboard benefits and additional privileges.
Members collect points according to the MSC Experience booked – Bella, Fantastica or Aurea – or MSC Yacht Club, together with the length of the cruise. Additional points can also be earned through qualifying MSC Cruises packages and services purchased before departure.
As your points increase, you progress through the six Voyagers Club membership levels, with additional benefits introduced at each stage. MSC also offers a Status Match programme, allowing eligible members of other cruise line, hotel and travel loyalty programmes to apply for a corresponding MSC Voyagers Club level.
MSC Cruises Voyagers Club Membership Levels
As you sail more often with MSC Cruises, your membership level increases, bringing you closer to a more personalised and rewarding cruise experience. Each tier is designed to offer additional value, recognition and exclusive privileges.
Welcome
Welcome is the entry level of MSC Voyagers Club membership. Members can access selected MSC Voyagers Selection discounts of up to 15%, as well as the members-only newsletter, online private area and Voyagers Club luggage identification tag. Welcome members also receive 10% off selected spa, salon and fitness services onboard.
Classic
Classic introduces the standard 5% MSC Voyagers Club cruise discount, together with additional savings available through MSC Voyagers Exclusives. Members can also benefit from discounts on photographs, internet packages, selected onboard shopping, spa services and the F1 Simulator, as well as invitations to the Voyagers Club special event during the cruise.
Silver
Silver builds on the benefits of Classic with additional rewards for guests who cruise more regularly. Benefits include discounts on laundry packages and minibar purchases, a milestone reward, a complimentary birthday cake and priority when requesting a different dining seating time. Silver members booking eligible MSC Voyagers Exclusives more than 12 months before departure can also receive €/$50 onboard credit per member alongside double experience points.
Gold
Gold adds a wider range of onboard benefits, including a special gift, complimentary one-hour thermal area session, courtesy bathrobe and slippers and one free F1 Simulator circuit. Members can also access theatre shows between 30 and 15 minutes before the performance, subject to a reservation, and receive priority on the final disembarkation day and access to booked transfer buses.
Diamond
Diamond introduces some of the programme's most valuable priority benefits, including priority check-in, priority luggage drop-off and priority assistance through the contact centre. Members also receive priority consideration for a complimentary cabin upgrade where available. Onboard benefits include the MSC Voyagers Club Diamond Party, a complimentary photograph, a bottle of spumante with macarons per cabin, an MSC chocolate gift, a speciality restaurant tasting-menu dinner, complimentary bottled water and access to the exclusive pillow selection. Diamond members can also benefit from priority final disembarkation and late cabin checkout where operationally possible.
Blue Diamond
Blue Diamond is the highest MSC Voyagers Club membership level and includes the benefits of Diamond alongside additional privileges for MSC's most loyal guests. Benefits include flexible arrival at the cruise terminal, MSC Yacht Club luggage drop-off and access to Yacht Club check-in where available, a complimentary Internet Browse Package for one device, My Choice dining, a private meet and greet with the Captain or an MSC Officer, one complimentary shuttle bus ticket where available and priority access to tender boats. A behind-the-scenes tour may also be included where available.
MSC Cruises Voyagers Club Benefits
One of the main advantages of MSC Voyagers Club membership is access to additional savings when booking an MSC cruise.
From Classic level upwards, members receive a standard 5% Voyagers Club discount on eligible cruises. MSC Voyagers Exclusives can provide further rewards for booking ahead: confirm an eligible cruise more than nine months before departure and you can receive an additional 5% discount.
Book more than 12 months before departure and the additional 5% discount is combined with double experience points. Silver, Gold, Diamond and Blue Diamond members can also receive €/$50 onboard credit per member when booking an eligible Voyagers Exclusives cruise more than 12 months in advance.
Onboard benefits increase as you progress through the membership levels, with discounts and privileges covering areas such as spa treatments, photographs, internet packages, laundry, minibar purchases and onboard shopping. Higher tiers introduce additional gifts, experiences and priority services.
MSC Voyagers Exclusives benefits are subject to availability and terms and conditions, and MSC World Cruises are excluded from this particular early-booking programme.
MSC Status Match Programme
Already have loyalty status with another cruise line, hotel group or eligible travel company? The MSC Status Match programme allows you to apply for a corresponding level within MSC Voyagers Club rather than automatically starting at the entry level.
Simply complete MSC Cruises' Status Match application with details of your existing loyalty membership. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, MSC will assign the corresponding Voyagers Club membership level and you can begin enjoying the benefits associated with that tier.
This can be particularly valuable if you're sailing with MSC Cruises for the first time but have already built up status through another recognised travel loyalty programme.
How to Earn MSC Cruises Voyagers Club Points
Earning MSC Voyagers Club points starts with the cruise you book. The number of points awarded is based on the MSC Experience selected – Bella, Fantastica or Aurea – or MSC Yacht Club, together with the length of your cruise.
Members can also earn 100 Voyagers Club points for every €150 spent before departure on qualifying MSC Cruises packages and services linked to their booking, with the equivalent amount calculated for other currencies.
Additional opportunities to collect points are available through selected MSC Voyagers Exclusives and MSC World Cruises. Members can also receive 100 bonus points by updating their contact details up to 72 hours before sailing.
Voyagers Club points are normally credited after the cruise, approximately ten days after disembarkation.

Using your MSC Voyagers Club membership when booking with Paramount Cruises is quick and straightforward, ensuring you receive all eligible benefits from the moment you confirm your cruise.
When booking your MSC cruise online, simply retrieve or add your Voyagers Club number by entering your first name, surname and date of birth exactly as they appear on your Voyagers Club profile. Alternatively, you can directly enter your Voyagers Club membership number and date of birth at the start of the booking process.
Once your details are recognised, any applicable benefits, including discounts and loyalty perks, will be automatically applied to your booking. This allows you to enjoy the full value of your membership without any additional steps.
