Dining Throughout Your Cruise
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are included across a wide choice of restaurants and casual venues. Enjoy changing menus in Waterside, relaxed breakfast and lunch at Marketplace, poolside favourites from Trident Grill, pastries and lighter bites at The Bistro and authentic Italian gelato from Scoops.
Complimentary 24-hour in-suite dining is also available, allowing you to enjoy breakfast, dinner or a late-night snack without leaving your room or suite.
Speciality Dining Included
Some of Crystal's most distinctive restaurants are also included, although reservations at selected venues are limited according to the length of your cruise.
Umi Uma by Nobu Matsuhisa and Italian fine-dining restaurant Osteria d'Ovidio include complimentary reservations as part of your fare. On standard voyages, the current allowance is:
Up to 11 nights: One complimentary reservation at each restaurant
12 to 22 nights: Two complimentary reservations at each restaurant
23 nights or longer: Three complimentary reservations at each restaurant
Additional reservations at Umi Uma and Osteria d'Ovidio are available onboard for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Beefbar is also complimentary for lunch and dinner, although dinner reservations are required. Selected premium cuts of meat carry an additional charge.
Guests staying in Junior Crystal Penthouse and Crystal Penthouse Suites benefit from unlimited complimentary visits to Umi Uma and Osteria d'Ovidio, subject to availability and reservation requirements.
Drinks Included Throughout the Ship
A curated selection of wines, Champagne, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks is included with your Crystal cruise fare.
Enjoy drinks in restaurants, bars and lounges without needing to purchase a separate drinks package. Your room or suite also has a minibar stocked with drinks including still and sparkling water, soft drinks, wine and beer, with additional requests available through your butler subject to availability.
Rare wines, premium vintages, specialist spirits and selected dining experiences may carry an additional charge.

Dedicated butler service is included in every Crystal guest room and suite, not simply the highest accommodation categories.

Internet performance can vary according to the ship's position and satellite coverage, while enhanced internet packages may also be available for guests requiring additional connectivity.
Onboard Gratuities
Gratuities for Crystal's housekeeping, dining and bar teams are included in your cruise fare, so there is no compulsory daily service charge to add to your holiday budget.
Additional tipping is entirely at your discretion if you would like to recognise exceptional service.

Access to Crystal's fitness centre and selected spa facilities is included in your fare, alongside a variety of recreational activities.
Depending on the ship, activities can include pickleball, paddle tennis and golf practice facilities. Spa treatments, massages, beauty treatments and salon services are available at an additional charge.
Entertainment & Enrichment
Crystal's onboard entertainment programme is included, ranging from live music and theatrical productions to guest speakers, lectures and enrichment.
Depending on your sailing, evenings can feature Broadway-inspired productions, cabaret, musicians and entertainment throughout the ship, while daytime programmes offer opportunities to learn something new between destinations.
What Isn't Included on a Crystal Cruise?
Crystal includes a great deal, but there are still some extras you may want to budget for.
Shore excursions are not included in the standard cruise fare on Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony. Crystal offers a wide collection of organised experiences that can be booked before departure or onboard.
Other additional costs can include treatments at Aurōra Spa, salon services, The Vintage Room dining experiences, selected premium wines and spirits, premium items such as certain Kobe and Wagyu dishes at Beefbar, additional Umi Uma and Osteria d'Ovidio reservations beyond your complimentary allowance, laundry in accommodation categories where it is not included, shopping and personal expenses.
Certain World Cruises, Grand Journeys, suites and promotional fares may include additional benefits beyond the standard cruise fare.
