Crystal Cruises Dining
Dining has long been one of the defining features of a Crystal cruise. From the only Nobu restaurant at sea and contemporary Italian fine dining to relaxed poolside lunches, afternoon tea and 24-hour in-suite dining, there is an impressive amount of choice for ships carrying relatively few guests.
Most restaurants are included in your cruise fare, with flexible open seating allowing you to shape meals around your own plans rather than a fixed dining timetable.

What's Included with Crystal Cruises Dining?
The vast majority of Crystal's restaurants are complimentary. Waterside, Marketplace, The Bistro, Trident Grill, Scoops and 24-hour in-suite dining are included, while Beefbar is also complimentary apart from selected premium menu items.
Umi Uma and Osteria d'Ovidio include a set number of complimentary reservations depending on the length of your voyage. The Vintage Room is the main dining experience carrying a separate charge.

Umi Uma by Nobu Matsuhisa
One of Crystal's most celebrated restaurants, Umi Uma is the only Nobu dining concept at sea. Created by legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa, its menu blends Japanese traditions with Peruvian influences in the distinctive style that has made Nobu restaurants famous around the world.
Expect beautifully presented sushi and sashimi alongside signature dishes such as black cod, seafood, meat and innovative Japanese-Peruvian creations.
Reservations are required and your cruise fare includes a set number of complimentary visits according to voyage length. Additional reservations are subject to availability and an additional charge.

Osteria d'Ovidio
Osteria d'Ovidio brings contemporary Italian fine dining to Crystal, with menus developed in collaboration with renowned brothers Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo.
Traditional Italian flavours are presented with a more refined approach, creating an elegant restaurant for those evenings when dinner itself becomes one of the highlights of the day.
Like Umi Uma, complimentary reservations are included according to the length of your cruise, with additional visits available for a charge subject to availability.

Beefbar
Created by restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi, Beefbar takes a less traditional approach to the steakhouse experience. Its Beef, Reef and Leaf concept combines premium meats, seafood, vegetables and globally inspired street-food dishes designed for sharing.
Beefbar is complimentary for both lunch and dinner, although reservations are required in the evening. Selected premium cuts, including certain Kobe and Wagyu options, are available for an additional charge.
More Ways to Dine Onboard
Beyond Crystal's signature speciality restaurants, you'll find plenty of choice for relaxed dining throughout the day. From elegant open-seating dinners and casual poolside lunches to Italian gelato, café treats and 24-hour in-suite dining, there is always somewhere tempting to eat.

Waterside Restaurant
Crystal's elegant main restaurant serves contemporary and classic dishes with open seating, so you can dine when it suits you. Enjoy changing menus, attentive service and a relaxed fine-dining atmosphere.

Marketplace
Marketplace offers relaxed buffet-style dining for breakfast and lunch, with international favourites, hot and cold dishes and live cooking stations, all served in bright surroundings with ocean views.

The Bistro
Inspired by a Parisian café, The Bistro is perfect for speciality teas, coffees, pastries and lighter bites. Drop in throughout the day for something sweet, a savoury snack or a relaxing coffee between activities.

Trident Grill
Enjoy casual poolside dining at Trident Grill, serving made-to-order favourites including burgers, hot dogs, melts, salads and fries. It's an easy choice for a relaxed lunch without leaving the pool deck.

Scoops Gelato Bar
Treat yourself at Scoops, where authentic Italian gelato by Florentine artisan Badiani is served in a tempting range of classic and creative flavours, with toppings and plant-based options also available.

24-Hour In-Suite Dining
Enjoy complimentary 24-hour in-suite dining whenever you prefer to eat in. From breakfast in bed to dinner on your veranda or a late-night snack, Crystal makes dining in your room or suite effortless.

The Vintage Room
The Vintage Room offers Crystal's most exclusive wine-led dining experience and is one of the few restaurants not included in the standard cruise fare.
Hosted with guidance from Crystal's sommeliers, special lunches and dinners pair a carefully designed menu with exceptional wines from the ship's cellar. Reservations are essential and additional charges apply.

Afternoon Tea in Palm Court
Afternoon tea is a Crystal tradition and is complimentary aboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.
Served in the elegant Palm Court on most afternoons, the experience combines a selection of teas with sandwiches, pastries and sweet treats, accompanied by live entertainment and panoramic views.
No reservation is normally required.
How Many Speciality Dining Reservations Are Included?
Complimentary reservations at both Umi Uma and Osteria d'Ovidio depend on your cruise length:
- Up to 11 nights: One reservation at each restaurant
- 12 to 22 nights: Two reservations at each restaurant
- 23 nights or longer: Three reservations at each restaurant
Additional reservations currently cost US$75 per person, subject to availability.
Guests staying in Junior Crystal Penthouse and Crystal Penthouse Suites enjoy unlimited complimentary visits to these restaurants, although reservations are still required.
Beefbar is complimentary without the same voyage-length allowance, subject to availability, although premium menu items may cost extra.
Speciality dining reservations can normally be made through Crystal's MyAccount from 180 days before departure, depending on the voyage and restaurant availability.
