For me, cruising is the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. My most recent trip was on Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady, sailing through the Med from sunny Barcelona. Visiting a new port each day and experiencing the distinct charm of each place felt like a dream, especially with my camera in hand. I’m always chasing that perfect view, whether it’s a quiet sunrise over the sea or a colourful old town tucked along the coast. Onboard, I love soaking up the atmosphere, enjoying great food, and just embracing that carefree feeling you only get at sea.

My Favourite Destination
Barcelona has to be my favourite destination! The city has such a vibrant energy, it’s impossible not to fall in love with it. I love the mix of beach days and sightseeing, from wandering down Las Ramblas to taking in the views from Park Güell. The sunshine, amazing tapas, and endless things to do make it a place I could visit again and again.

I’m a big fan of Virgin Voyages. It’s modern, relaxed, and feels totally different to traditional cruising. The food is on another level (every restaurant feels like a treat!), and the entertainment is always full of surprises. It’s the perfect mix of style, fun, and freedom, you can do as much or as little as you want.
My Next Bucket List Destination
My bucket list destination is Thailand. I’ve always been drawn to its mix of stunning beaches, incredible culture, and delicious street food. From exploring bustling Bangkok markets to relaxing on the islands, it just feels like the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. I can already picture myself sipping a coconut on the beach!
