Welcome to Barcelona, where you'll be spending the first two nights of this blissful holiday. You'll have plenty of time to explore the capital of Catalunya and its incredible landmarks. Get up close and personal Gaudi's numerous works of art, from the imposing Sagrada Familia basilica to the impressive facades of Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, or simply enjoy strolling around the narrow alleys of the Gothic quarter stopping off for a caña and some tapas on the way.

This may be a transatlantic cruise sailing from Europe to North America, however, this is not your standard voyage. Setting sail from Barcelona the first four days will be spent exploring the Spanish coast. The first port is Palma on the Balearic island of Mallorca with its Gothic cathedral as the impressive centrepiece of this bustling city, next you'll dock in Cartagena where you can take a relaxing stroll down its manicured promenades lined with palm trees. Your subsequent two days will be spent discovering the beautiful region of Andalucia with calls to Malaga and Cadiz. If you're looking to head inland Granada and Seville are both within easy reach and well worth the journey. Marvel at the incredible Alhambra palace complex in Granada or sample some of Spain's best tapas in the bars tucked away in the Medieval lanes of Seville. Crossing the nautical border into Portugal you'll be able to experience the charm of Lisbon's diverse neighbourhoods, no doubt stopping off for a Pastel de Nata or two... As you begin your Atlantic crossing you'll soon find yourself in Funchal on the island of Madeira, perfect for exploring, with its beautiful beaches, stunning lava formed landscapes and lush, green forests. Your last port before you head to North America is Ponta Delgada, the capital of the Azores, an incredible volcanic archipelago set in the middle of the ocean. After four days cruising you'll have reached Bermuda where you can disembark and feel the sand beneath your feet and maybe even build your first-ever pink sandcastle on the island's Horseshoe Bay Beach. It may be your last night on board but don't feel like you need to make the most of your free drinks package, you might actually want to set an early alarm as you'll be cruising into New York past the Statue of Liberty as the sun rises, docking in Manhattan where you'll end this blissful journey.

From Times Square to the Statue of Liberty, the sightseeing possibilities are plentiful, incredible monuments and world-renowned museums are at your fingertips. Once the sun sets and it’s time to refuel we guarantee you’ll be spoilt for choice in the culinary capital of the United States.
