The Singapore Tourism Board has launched SingapoRewards, a new programme that offers complimentary experiences in Singapore <\/a>for international visitors. This programme will run throughout 2023, and will provide visitors with an opportunity to try one of nearly 40 new or \u201coff-the-beaten-path\u201d experiences in Singapore <\/a>for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors to Singapore can redeem a free experience from a specially curated list of SingapoRewards activities. Many of these experiences will showcase less well-known places of interest or provide access to unique, exclusive experiences. Collectively, these experiences will offer new perspectives of Singapore \u2013 even to returning visitors. Redemptions and bookings can be made on the VisitSingapore app<\/a> or SingapoRewards website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is my child eligible for SingapoRewards?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Children under the age of 16 years cannot redeem SingapoRewards independently. Travellers must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal data to STB. This is in line with STB’s Personal Data Protection Policy. Visitors can purchase additional tickets for their children, other family members and friends so that they can enjoy the same experience together.
However, you may purchase additional tickets for your children. Upon successful booking of your free experience, a link to our ticketing partner’s site will be provided in your confirmation email to purchase the tickets. Please note that any purchases made on our ticketing partner’s site are subject to inventory and available slots at the point of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I apply for and redeem my free SingapoRewards experience?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Redeem your complimentary experience in four easy steps:

Step 1 – Create or sign in to your Visit Singapore Account<\/a>
Step 2 – Browse experiences that you are interested in and make a booking
Step 3 \u2013 Verify your arrival in Singapore to receive your ticket
Step 4 \u2013 Present your ticket at the experience to redeem your SingapoRewards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I redeem the free experiences under SingapoRewards on behalf of others?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Currently, bookings made may be redeemed by each individual only and cannot be made on behalf of another traveller. The complimentary SingapoRewards experience is meant for personal use only and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other products. The resale of the complementary experience is strictly not allowed.
However, you may purchase additional tickets for your fellow travellers.
